ChemAlert Help and Knowledge Base

To access the ChemAlert knowledge base, click on the menu located at the top right hand corner of ChemAlert. Then click on "Help". From there, you can access the knowledge base articles for each specific module of ChemAlert. You can also search the knowledge base to find what you are looking for. If you cannot find the answer, navigate to "ChemAlert Introduction" and then click on "Contact us". You will find all our contact details on the page.
