Dean founded RMT in 1991 with the intent of providing organisations with more accurate risk information and changing industry attitudes towards health and safety.
“I continue to be excited every day at how technology can transform data into intelligence and how that intelligence can make life safer, healthier and more equitable.
My journey began with a science degree initiated at the University of Western Australia and completed at Central Missouri State University.
Early career highlights include engagements at Monsanto’s research facility in the USA, a uranium research facility in Australia and the Health Department of Western Australia.
RMT’s founding was inspired by my father’s migrant journey and a childhood directed at lessons of purpose.
Some thirty years later, RMT is home to many brilliant, engaged minds, who relentlessly challenge the status quo and solve problems for our clients across the world.”
