Dean founded RMT in 1991 with the intent of providing organisations with more accurate risk information and changing industry attitudes towards health and safety.

My journey began with a science degree initiated at the University of Western Australia and completed at Central Missouri State University.
Early career highlights include engagements at Monsanto’s research facility in the USA, a uranium research facility in Australia and the Health Department of Western Australia.
RMT’s founding was inspired by my father’s migrant journey and a childhood directed at lessons of purpose.

Amanda joined RMT in 1999, initially taking up a Senior Solutions Consultant role and was appointed to the role of Client Services Director in 2007.
With 20 years of successful large scale project implementations across diverse industries to draw from, Amanda is a strong mentor to senior members of staff as they further their career at RMT.
With an unparalleled knowledge of our First Priority product, she works closely with premium clients to ensure they are achieving the best outcomes from our solutions.
Prior to RMT, Amanda worked internationally with experience in global telecommunications and broadcasting.
Vince has successfully lead the ChemAlert Team through the complex and evolving chemical compliance landscape for over two decades. Well before the GHS was widely adopted, Vince pioneered the architecture of RMT’s in-house backend software to integrate GHS functionality, ensuring a seamless transition for ChemAlert and its clients upon GHS incorporation into legislation.
As well as having presented several white papers and keynote addresses nationally, Vince has attended annual product launch roadshows in all States of Australia. Internationally, Vince has been invited to speak at industry conferences. Highlights include the CRAC 2018 10th Chemical Regulatory Annual Conference, AsiaHub Summit Europe 2018 and the 3rd Asia Pacific Chemical Regulation Summit (SMCR 2017).
Vince continues to work with both regulators and organisations in delivering productive solutions, and providing key stakeholders with efficient processes in managing their chemical safety requirements.
Greg has been the Chief Technology Officer at RMT since 2001.
Responsible for driving RMT’s information technology strategy, Greg brings strong technical expertise and analytics skills to RMT’s information technology roadmap, including ideation, planning and execution.
He combines technical knowhow with leadership skills to drive and develop RMT’s highly skilled technical team, and ensure RMT’s solutions meet client needs and are best in market.
Previous to RMT, Greg had more than 20 years of experience in technical management roles across a variety of organisations including CSIRO, WA Department of Agriculture and Execom.
Our COO Gail Martinovich has been with RMT for over a decade, progressing her career at RMT across several roles.
With experience across different areas of the business, Gail has in-depth knowledge of RMT’s solutions, and is skilled at translating how RMT’s technical expertise can help clients.
An effective leader with strong communication and analytical skills, Gail works to continually challenge all aspects of the RMT business. She is driven to ensure RMT’s systems, processes and people are operating at their best, and works with internal teams and clients to ensure we provide solutions that meet and exceed client needs.
Prior to RMT, Gail had more than 20 years of commercial experience across investment banking, IT, project management and consulting.
Julianne is the CFO of RMT, managing the financial, commercial and administrative needs of our business.
Julianne joined RMT more than five years ago, bringing deep business administration experience ranging from managing private businesses to blue chip organisations such as Woodside, Lion and Western Mining Corporation.
As well as her financial acumen, Julianne brings flexibility and her enjoyment of a challenge to her CFO role, and leads initiatives such as our extensive building refurbishment.
As RMT’s Chief Information Officer, Milan applies his research expertise in numerical modelling and analysis of large, complex systems to innovate RMT’s suite of software solutions.
With deep data and predictive technology experience, Milan is responsible for the development and implementation of statistical and AI tools within ChemAlert and First Priority.
He is also responsible for R&D for new RMT software solutions to take market and create real-world impact for clients.
Prior to RMT, Milan was the lead data scientist at CBH and also held senior data and technical manager roles at Cognizant and Accenture.
Heading up our sales function, Shien applies his deep expertise in technical sector sales and service delivery for RMT’s global business.
Shien brings high energy to the sales process, with a focus on understanding the challenges faced by our potential clients and ensuring that they have a solid understanding of the solutions we offer.
Before joining RMT three years ago, Shien held various regional management roles, including Solutions Architect and ICT roles with Dow Jones (Asia Pacific Region) and Avaya (ASEAN Region).
With his strong technology background, Shien has an innate understanding of how RMT solutions can deliver value, and is skilled at translating RMT’s technological expertise into real-world solutions for clients.
As a Client Services Executive, Tony Ronaldson works directly with RMT’s clients to ensure we meet and exceed their needs.
Focused on our service offerings, Tony has in-depth experience in shaping SDS Authoring engagements, as well as clarifying training needs and booking chemical safety audits.
Having been with RMT for more than two years, Tony has a strong understanding of the market-leading solutions ChemAlert can provide, frequently presenting webinars for new and existing clients.
Prior to RMT, Tony developed his client management skills with roles at Realcommercial.com.au (REA) and Commonwealth Bank.
Jerri works with clients who need a bespoke solution, helping to design and customise First Priority to suit their specific needs.
Part of RMT for the past decade, Jerri has worked across different areas of the business, including in software testing and business analysis.
Her strong client relationships and deep technical knowledge makes her adept at understanding how to successfully help clients manage process change and continuously improve RMT’s solutions.
John undertakes several key roles at RMT, including business analysis, account management and new product development.
With extensive experience in project management, product and technical business analysis, John works with clients to configure RMT’s products to suit their needs.
He also designs enhancement across RMT’s products, troubleshoots complex issues and is part of the team working on new RMT products.
Based in Canberra, Lauren is responsible for using her strong working knowledge of RMT’s First Priority solution to support Defence in their use of the product. This includes delivering workshops and training, working with both the internal team and Defence around new functionality within First Priority, and providing guidance on best practice.
Lauren first joined RMT as an SDS co-ordinator, and having successfully helped implement First Priority over a range of industries, has progressed her career to be Senior Solutions Consultant and RMT’s account lead with the Department of Defence.
Lauren’s RMT experience is complemented by her knowledge of Fatigue Management, Explosive Ordnance and Fuels and Aviation Safety Management.
Lynsey has worked across a number of roles at RMT, including as a scientific advisor, ChemAlert trainer and key account manager, giving her a strong understanding of the ChemAlert product, internal and external stakeholders.
As a Product Owner, Lynsey liaises between the developers, application support, client services and sales. Her role is to drive collaboration and prioritise the roadmap for developing of new ChemAlert features to meet and exceed the needs of clients.
Lisa has lead RMT’s Scientific Team for over a decade. In that time, she has liaised extensively with regulators and industry, ensuring that clients have the knowledge and skillset to not only remain compliant with changing legislation, but to also be able to disseminate complex chemical requirements to personnel at all levels.
Her technical expertise with chemicals and legislation has lead to the undertaking of large scale, ongoing SDS review projects stemming from changes to legislation. Most recently, this included the adoption of GHS7 and its subsequent new GHS Classifications. A notable collaborative project with industry resulted in the development of technical guidance documents for the classification of various cement products.
Lisa has audited and facilitated ChemAlert training for clients across numerous sectors both public and private. Her extensive understanding of organisational requirements allow her to assist clients identify, develop and implement industry best practices extending into the future.
Wendy has been an integral member of the Scientific Team for over a decade. As a Senior Scientist, her key responsibilities include the review and maintenance of scientific literature underpinning ChemAlert’s chemical safety foundations, the mentoring of junior Scientists and development of knowledge base frameworks.
Wendy focuses on the optimisation, streamlining and documenting of internal processes to ensure that the currency and integrity of data is at the forefront of all procedures. A critical, ongoing project of hers revolves around increasing client communication and interpretation of data, with emphasis on SDS reporting.
Within RMT, Wendy works closely with departments from Design through to Test and Development, assisting with the requirements and implementation of software solutions both client facing and in-house.
With strong technical, project management and problem-solving skills, Max leads our ChemAlert development team to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
Max ensures the team is focused on improving and evolving the web and mobile versions of ChemAlert to deliver leading-edge solutions. He’s also involved in exploring new technology platforms for RMT and extending functionality.
As Audit Team Lead, Samuel is responsible for reviewing and aligning audit processes to ISO certified standards, as well as compliance with legislation and industry practices. He has conducted chemical compliance audits for clients all across Australia, from disused gold mines in the middle of the desert to food processing plants nestled in the highlands.
Internally, Samuel specialises in the interrogation of technical scientific information which informs frontend data, from Scientist reviewed ChemAlert reports through to health surveillance guides.
Samuel’s ability to discern and simplify complex requirements combined with his extensive experience and understanding of operations enables him to consistently recommend industry best practice advice to clients.
Twinkle is our lead Support Engineer with more than 15 years’ experience supporting both ChemAlert and First Priority. He has in-depth knowledge of both functional and technical components across our product range.
Twinkle brings boundless energy to the team, overseeing and mentoring the in-house technical support team, and working with clients to provide access and onboarding to RMT products, deploy upgrades and resolve any technical issues a client may experience.
As well as his degree, Twinkle holds a number of industry certifications.
As part of our ChemAlert application support team, Darren’s role is to establish access, deploy upgrades, respond to and resolve technical issues a client may experience.
After two years in RMT’s Scientific team, and following his passion for IT undertaking a new field of study in his own time, Darren moved to the technical support team to work on the technical layers of our ChemAlert SaaS.
His scientific background has shaped his work approach, and he brings a mix of analytical and teamwork skills to ensure clients make the most of ChemAlert’s functionality.
As a ChemAlert trainer and auditor, Paul has deep knowledge of chemical management and is a highly experienced trainer.
He works with clients to help them identify chemicals and access the safety information in ChemAlert, and how to apply those safety measures in their operations.
Paul runs a large number of interactive and online training sessions for RMT. This includes bespoke courses to meet individual client needs, and public training sessions covering the latest work and health legislative requirements across different regions.
