Theideal candidate will have a background in architecture or construction management and a proventrack record of managing successful projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will beresponsible for collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success,preparing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring project compliance with building codes andregulations.
Responsibilties
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their design needs and vision
- Create innovative and sustainable designs for new construction and renovation projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans for projects
- Stay current on industry trends and building codes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong design portfolio
