ChemAlert Comprehensive User Course (On-Site)
Tailored to your organisation, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the full ChemAlert system and all of its modules. This course is “hands on”, with participants completing practical exercises designed to reinforce knowledge and ensure that skills can be applied in the workplace.

Perfect for those who require a ChemAlert refresher or basic user training. Includes Searching for SDSs, maintaining the Stock Inventory, Requesting new chemicals coming to the site and maintaining chemical Risk Assessments.
Webinar Training
Description
For teams that cannot access on-site training, we provide customised training programs for ChemAlert and First Priority. Instructor-led and live, the sessions provide opportunities to interact and ask questions. Learning can be broken into modules to make it more accessible and can be translated into local languages.

Comprehensive training by webinar in all the main modules of ChemAlert with the flexibility of logging in from multiple locations. Our organisation-specific training course allows a group of individuals from multiple sites to be trained in-line with internal requirements and gain a deeper understanding of the system and its functionality.

Admin Workshop
A webinar tailored to your Organisational needs. Let us help your System Administrators configure your Module Preferences, User Permissions & Security and give guidance and recommendations on how to better utilise the software and meet your chemical management obligations.

Risk Assessment Module
Our comprehensive Risk Module will enable you to assess the risks associated with using a chemical product in the context of a specific task and then analyse the controls in place to minimise the risk. With the assistance of ChemAlert, users can complete a Risk Assessment and initiate a workflow for authorisation.

Chemical Request, Custom Products and Regulations
Users can utilise the Request module to submit, assess and approve a new chemical coming to site. This includes a workflow of assessments and authorisation by various users within a company.
The session will also cover the Custom Module which allows users to create their own unique Custom Products within ChemAlert for products such as waste or laboratory mixed chemicals. -
Stock, Stock Reporting and Batch Printing
Users will be taken through all functions of the Stock module, including maintaining a Chemical Register, updating Stock Inventory locations and quantities and Reporting functions to assist with regulatory requirements

Search, Reports and Labels
Users will be shown how to easily locate their products using the Search function and download Safety Data Sheets to meet compliance requirements. Navigation and review of Product Details including health hazards and Chemical Footprint.
