Please advise your users:
- During the ChemAlert service restart you may experience a HTTP 503 error, which will redirect you to ChemAlert Lite for Safety Data Sheet access (SDS).
- During the Portal outage you may see a Portal Connection error, you can continue using ChemAlert but will have reduced functionality for News, SDS Download, and SDS Enquiry.
Our expectation is that all clients have now addressed this change, and are accessing First Priority in line with the latest web browser guidelines to use HTTPS.
