As there are multiple elements of the infrastructure to patch we are scheduling a 10 hour Hazard Widnow, with intermittent outages to your FirstPriority SaaS service which could be up to several hours in duration.

There is no version change to FirstPriority as a result of this security patching.

 

Please inform FirstPriority users that any Reports scheduled during the maintenance window will be delivered post the work completion.

Any third-party applications that interface the FP Gateway webservice and FPSIP service may be impacted as these services will not be accessible during the outage period.

As there are multiple elements of the infrastructure to patch we are scheduling a 10 hour Hazard Widnow, with intermittent outages to your ChemAlert SaaS service which could be up to several hours in duration.

Details of the ChemAlert Failover site for SDS browsing have been provided to Primary Contacts.

There is no version change to ChemAlert as a result of this security patching.

Your ChemAlert Mobile App will not connect during the outage.
